Background and Legal Experience
After graduating summa cum laude from the University of Louisville Louis D. Brandeis School of Law, Carolyn clerked for the Hon. Charles R. Simpson III in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Kentucky. She then practiced in the Business Litigation group at Stites & Harbison PLLC, where she handled complex disputes involving financial services, product liability, and professional malpractice.
Today, she continues to represent clients in trial and appellate courts throughout Kentucky and Indiana, offering hands-on litigation strategy from initial filing through final resolution.
Personal and Community Involvement
Beyond the courtroom, Carolyn is an active supporter of the arts and her local community. She served as a Fund for the Arts NeXtGen Board Member (2020–2023) and is an alumna of the NeXt Ambassador Class of 2020. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Liam, and their children.
